Our Story

Founder and CEO, Mike Palumbo, has over 27 years experience installing, maintaining and repairing industrial production equipment, with much of that focused on the aluminum, plastics and steel industries. After gathering such extensive industry experience, Mike and his family founded L&M Diversified, LLC (our sister company) in 2008. L&M Diversified focuses on installation, maintenance and repairs for industrial equipment throughout the United States. Through careful attention to detail, top-notch project management and impeccable customer service, L&M Diversified quickly earned an outstanding reputation in the industry.

In early 2016, L&M Processing, LLC (a metal processing facility) opened their doors in Twinsburg, OH. The company has since made a move to a new location in Masury, OH as of September 2019. L&M Processing is currently specializing in slitting, cut-to-length services, polishing and PVC application for steel and aluminum. L&M Processing is a family owned and operated business located in Masury, Ohio just off of OH-82 and US-62.
